3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent by TrekAura. We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking request.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made through UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Bank Transfer.
  • Applicable taxes and permit charges may be charged separately.
  • Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp.

  • More than 30 days before departure: Eligible for refund after deduction of booking and transaction charges.
  • 15–30 days before departure: Partial refund as per package policy.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund unless specifically mentioned.
  • Permit fees, hotel bookings and transport charges may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 working days.

6. Itinerary Changes

TrekAura reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, trek routes or departure schedules due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, safety concerns or any unavoidable circumstances.

7. Health & Fitness

Trekking involves physical activity and high-altitude conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before booking. Any existing medical condition should be disclosed at the time of registration.

8. Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow all instructions provided by trek leaders.
  • Respect fellow participants and local communities.
  • Do not litter or damage the environment.
  • Carry valid government-issued identity proof.
  • Maintain discipline throughout the trip.

9. Adventure Risks

Trekking, camping and adventure activities involve inherent risks including altitude sickness, injuries, changing weather conditions, landslides, wildlife encounters and transportation delays. By booking with TrekAura, you voluntarily accept these risks.

10. Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for carrying valid identity proof, permits, medical certificates (if required) and any documents requested by government authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and tour descriptions are the property of TrekAura and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

TrekAura works with hotels, homestays, transport operators, local guides and payment gateways. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party service providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

TrekAura shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, delay, cancellation, baggage loss, theft, weather disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions or any unforeseen events. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by floods, earthquakes, landslides, pandemics, political unrest, transportation disruptions or any circumstances beyond our control.

15. Website Usage

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, or copy website content without permission.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
