Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our clear, transparent cancellation terms, including policy details for cancellations by the user or by TrekAura.

100% Refund Guarantee (Cancellation by TrekAura)

If a trek or tour is cancelled directly by TrekAura due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, participants are entitled to a 100% full cash refund or a 100% Trek Voucher (valid for 6 months).

Cancellation by User (Timeline & Deductions)

15 to 29 days before departure 50% Refund or 70% Voucher 50% Cancellation Fee

Less than 7 days before departure No Refund 100% Cancellation Fee
Note: Cash refunds process within 7–10 working days to the original payment source. Trek Vouchers remain valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Important Guidelines
  • Written Request Required User cancellations must be requested via email at info.trekaura@gmail.com. Phone requests are invalid.
  • Seat Transfers Transfer your slot to a friend up to 5 days before departure at no extra cost, subject to document verification.
  • Cancellation by TrekAura In case of trek cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, or government orders, a 100% full refund will be provided.
