100% Refund Guarantee (Cancellation by TrekAura)
If a trek or tour is cancelled directly by TrekAura due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, participants are entitled to a 100% full cash refund or a 100% Trek Voucher (valid for 6 months).

Note: Cash refunds process within 7–10 working days to the original payment source. Trek Vouchers remain valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Important Guidelines
- Written Request Required: User cancellations must be requested via email at info.trekaura@gmail.com. Phone requests are invalid.
- Seat Transfers: Transfer your slot to a friend up to 5 days before departure at no extra cost, subject to document verification.
- Cancellation by TrekAura: In case of trek cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, or government orders, a 100% full refund will be provided.
